The organiser was very edgy because the previous year they had been very disappointed by photographers running to and from a local Mini lab supplying prints very late and upsetting their client. You are brilliant! Your solution for fixing a non operating Epson 1290 using the 'Reset Procedure' worked like a dream and the printer is now happily chugging away as it used to. Incidently before contacting you I had tried to get it repaired at an Epson Agent shop in Salisbury but they said they couln't do it and the printer would have to be returned to Epson!
Your online service I can not fault, either with ease of use or delivery. One of my gripes with buying online is that with some companies there is often no phone number to contact a living person and it takes a lot
of time to find one. You put a phone number down and it is always answered straight away, for me that's a big plus.
